General Return Policy
We offer a 30 day exchange policy. Merchandise may be exchanged for an equal value item minus any fees. Some items may have a small restocking fee depending if the item was opened or not. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging, in saleable condition within 7 business days after receiving the return number. To exchange an item, just send us an e-mail with your order number and the reason for the return (item was damaged, you bought the wrong thing, etc.) and we'll get back to you ASAP. You must first contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number before sending your item(s) back. Failure to obtain an RA Number before returning your item(s) will cause additional cost and delay. Please to allow up to 30 days to handle returns and claims.

Game Time Quality and Return Policy
All of our products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Game Time watch, call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-249-9627 to make return arrangements. You have 30 days from the date of the receipt of the order to return for a refund (shipping not included). We will gladly repair or replace your item as we see fit. You will be notified if there are any additional charges
